As a Senior Development Manager for DevCore, Andrew Cooper brings 15 years’ of local and international experience working in the property development and construction industry. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Construction Management & Property from UNSW and a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney.

Andrew’s focus is on the planning, approval and delivery of key projects within the DevCore portfolio as well as the acquisition of new projects.

Andrew joins the DevCore team after most recently working for Canada’s largest privately-owned developer managing large industrial built-to-suit projects for international business clients, including Amazon and FedEx.

The majority of Andrew’s career has been spent in NSW, working for prominent residential developers including Rawson Group and Landcom. He has experience in managing both city shaping mixed-use apartment projects and award-winning master-planned communities.

Andrew is looking forward to working with stakeholder groups to bring new high-quality real estate offerings to market, whilst creating value for investors. Throughout his career, Andrew has developed strong leadership and clear communication skills resulting in the delivery of many successful projects under a wide range of ownership structures including partnerships, Joint Ventures and Project Delivery Agreements.
